What needs to be done?
Create an animated time display where each digit reacts to change. When a digit updates (like from 3 to 4), the old digit should fall downward and fade out, while the new one takes its place.
Requirements:
- Animate only the digits that change
- Old digits should fall down and disappear smoothly
- New digits should appear in place without disrupting the layout
